Construction of Collective Memory Through Narrative: Jerrahis

چکیده
Bu çalışma, İstanbul’da faaliyetlerini sürdüren bir Cerrahi Tekkesi örneğinden yola çıkarak, tekke mensuplarının toplumsal hafızasının anlatı üzerinden inşasını ortaya koymayı amaçlamaktadır. kapsamda tarikatın ritüelleri derinlemesine incelenerek içerisinde sohbetler, hikâyeler ve ilahiler aracılığıyla hafızanın nasıl inşa edildiği ele alınmıştır. Alan araştırmasında nitel yöntem uygulanmış, bu süreçte “katılarak gözlem” “mülakat” yoluyla veriler toplanmıştır. Araştırmacı, Ağustos 2019-Mart 2020 tarihleri arasında bulunan Tekkesi’nde haftada iki kez düzenlenen meşklere zikirlere düzenli olarak katılmıştır. Katılarak gözlem sürecinde elde edilen verileri derinleştirmek amacıyla 10 farklı mensubu ile yarı yapılandırılmış mülakatlar gerçekleştirilmiştir. etnografik nitelikteki özgün saha araştırması verilerin sunumu niteliğini taşımakta olup, Karagümrük dışında Cerrahilik hakkında yapılan ilk araştırma olma özelliğine de sahiptir. Araştırma kapsamında, “Cerrahi hafıza edilmektedir?” sorusu alınmış sonuç daimî sözlü kültür akışıyla topluluk üyelerinin bulgulanmıştır.
